1. The service

KeepQR lets you create QR codes that point to a short link on our domain, which redirects to a destination you choose.

2. Our promise

We do not deactivate your codes because your plan ended, you downgraded or you stopped paying. When a paid plan ends, each code keeps redirecting to its last destination. You lose the ability to edit destinations and to view analytics until you subscribe again.

3. The one exception: abuse

We may disable a code, without notice, if its destination is used for phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, spam, or to hide another link's destination. Disabled codes show a notice instead of redirecting. Anyone can report a code at /report.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for the destinations you set. One person or organization per account.

5. Billing

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case — just ask.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep redirects online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. We will never change section 2 to deactivate codes you already created.
